Month 1 Week 1

Today is weigh day, was really hoping to have lost one more pound for an even 5 this week but I will happily take loosing 4 pounds.

We substituted the broccoli for zucchini.

My favorite new thing I learned this week is how to make 5 minute mashed potatoes.  They were awesome!

Here's to a successful week two.  Off to get ready and take the little man to his first check up at the dentist.
